Connecting Your Third-Party App
- You must first create a Follow My Health account with The Bone & Joint Center.
- Download the third-party app of your choice.
- Follow their prompts to create an account.
- Use your Follow My Health username and password to connect to your health information at The Bone & Joint Center through the third-party app.
