I had the best experience ever from making my appointment clear through my visit with Dr. Pierce. Everyone was professional, courteous, kind, patient and understanding. Dr. Pierce was extremely thorough and explained everything in a language I could understand. The facility was spotless and The Bone & Joint Center runs a very efficient practice. I would recommend The Bone & Joint Center & Dr. Pierce to all my family and anyone in need of this type of care.

Dr. Troy Pierce…what can I say. So highly skilled and so compassionate. I recently had rotator cuff surgery and exactly 6 weeks later I’m back to playing pool. He has previously fixed my elbow and hand. I won’t go to ANY other doctor‼️

Dr. Pierce is a very caring and capable surgeon. He has replaced a hand joint for me, is helping me get through arthritis issues in two fingers and my shoulder. I trust him explicitly. He addresses all of my concerns. His staff is wonderful!

Dr Pierce was able to save my left index finger in February 2012 while working in the oil field in Williston after having caught my glove on a winch cable pulling up a water trailer.
Dr Pierce is a consummate professional in his field and know to be among the very best in his field of surgery. I'm was so lucky to have been able to have his care for this most dire of injury, this also includes his support staff. He will be loved and remembered for my entire life as a reminder when I look to my left index finger.

I have recommended Bone and Joint to many of my friends because I have extreme faith in their abilities from the front desk to the recovery process. Dr. Troy Pierce is an excellent surgeon! He is very personable and takes time with you to explain procedures from beginning to end. I have had great success with my right shoulder due to his excellent care and knowledge and I am looking to having him walk though the same process with my left shoulder!!
